Wedding Invitation FAQ

Can your wedding invitation designs be modified?

Yes!  All the designs you see on are able to be modified to your exact specifications at no additional charge.  Simply explain in detail the changes you would like in the Design Instructions field of the order form.  Each purchase includes three proof sets with unlimited modifications to each proof.  Any additional proof sets are an additional charge of $10.00 per set.

Can you create a custom design?

If you do not see what you are looking for on our website, we can work with you to create a custom wedding invitation design.  Simply enter Custom Design on the Start My Order page.  We will work together via email and phone to create your design.  You can email photos or images to  Custom Design invitations are priced the same as other invitations on our site.   

I have placed my order, what happens next?

We will contact you via email or phone within 1 business day, and as long as you have submitted all the requested information and e-mailed any photos you want to use, you will receive your first proof within 2 business days.  

How do I send my photos?

Please e-mail all photos to  It may be necessary to send more than one e-mail to accommodate multiple images.  Please be sure your photos are high resolution, professional-quality photos with a copyright release. 

When will I receive my wedding invitations?

The timeline:

  • Design:  2-5 business days, depending on how many changes you request.
  • Printing:  4-6 business days
  • Shipping: 5-7 business days, depending on your location.  Shipping time is not guaranteed.

Most orders are received within 2-3 weeks.  Rush printing is available for an additional $30.00 and can reduce production time by up to 5 business days.  Please be advised that no rush orders are accepted for Foil Printing, Laser-Cut Pockets, or Letterpress Printing. 

If you are in an extreme time crunch, please contact us via email or phone and we can work with you to get your invitations printed and shipped as quickly as possible.

When do I pay and what is included in the cost of my invitations?

In order to begin, you need to pay a $50 design deposit.  Go to Start My Order, fill out as much info as you can, and click Add to Cart.  Once you have approved a design.  We will upload your invitation package to our Client Proofs page.  You can then Add to Cart and pay the final balance online.

Can I pick up my invitations and avoid shipping fees?

We are located in Highland, Utah.  If you live nearby and would like to pick up your order, choose Customer Pickup as your shipping option.  There is no charge for customer pickup.

What is your refund policy?

We are confident you will be pleased with your experience at RoseyMae Wedding Paper Design, however, we understand that sometimes an order needs to be canceled.  An order can be canceled and your deposit fully refunded any time prior to any proofs being sent.  If any proofs have been sent and the order is canceled, there will be a $10.00 charge per proof set.  Once an order has gone to print, no refunds will be issued.

 Will my wedding invitation look exactly like it does on my computer screen?

Each computer monitor has different display settings. We make every attempt to match color as closely as possible.  However, some variation may occur.  Some suggestions for ensuring accurate color: email the CMYK values for the color you desire, send a physical color swatch via mail, or request a RoseyMae Color Sampler via mail.
